PREORDER POLICY
PREORDER items are products purchased before they are ready to ship. When placing a PREORDER:
• SHIPPING TIMELINE: Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the product description but are subject to change.
• COMBINED ORDERS: If your order includes both PREORDER and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the PREORDER item is ready.
• UPDATES: Customers will be notified via email if there are any changes to the estimated shipping timeline.
• CANCELLATIONS: PREORDERS cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping:
Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders outside of the US it can take up to 6-10 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.
Facefetti Cosmetics is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
